Interconics was established in 1987 as a bare board manufacturing company and quickly moved to include simple assembly in its range of services.
Investment continued to include automated pick and place and automated optical inspection of assembled boards.
Our service offering now includes complex BGA assembly and test capabilities with comprehensive BGA recovery and rework ability.
